Gemini is not a trading platform, broker, or financial intermediary. We do not act as a counterparty, authorize contracts or invoices, handle payments, or guarantee any commercial obligations.
How are contracts created?
A contract is created when a retailer’s energy usage load is formally matched with a generator’s offer. Gemini supports any type of participant-agreed contract and will continue to expand the range of contract types as the user base grows. AECO is not a party to these contracts; instead, we provide a transparent platform that automates your existing processes and offers integrated service visibility..
